Product manual FS-S is a silicone structural sealant specially designed for building glass curtain wall with good adhesive properties. Product features 1 Single component, neutral curing 2 Easy to use, good extrusion performance 3 Rapid curing at room temperature, non-toxic, non-corrosive 4 Excellent resistance to UV, water, high and low temperature 5 Excellent adhesion, good compatibility with other neutral silicone adhesives Standards compliant GB 16776-2005 or ASTM C 1184-2005 Packing specification Packed in 300ml plastic tube Colour Black, white, or customer-specified color Storage conditions Store in a cool dry place at 32~80.6°F. The storage period is 12 months from the date of manufacture. Please pay attention to the date of manufacture on the product packaging. Instructions and precautions Clean the surface of the material to be bonded, squeeze the glue from the barrel to the interface with a glue gun, and trim the glue before it has cured; the width and thickness of silicone structural sealant should not be less than 6mm; the width of silicone structural sealant must be greater than or equal to its thickness; The interface of the ketone structure sealant must be able to be filled with the standard standard construction method. Limitations Not suitable for all materials that will ooze grease, plasticizers or solvents, such as the surface of oil-impregnated wood; Not suitable for frosted or wet surfaces; Not suitable for continuous flooding or wet conditions throughout the year.
