FZ-1 Fireproof Foamed Brick is made of silicone type materials and it is mainly used for the temporary orpermanent fireproof sealing of the cable or cable tray perforation. It is often installed In the clean and nofiber room or the place , such as electronic factory building, the calculation control center, hospitals and laboratories etc., it can also be used for larger hole's fireproof caulking.

Good Elasticity;
Resistant to radiation;
No halogen, sulfur and other toxic ingredients;
Watertight,smokeairtight;
Smoke non-toxic;
Long-term performance for more than 60 years;
Convenient for construction.
Clean the opening.
For openings without penetrations: Align firestop module’s long side with base material, masonry neatly/stably inside
For openings with penetrations: Trim firestop module with knife to match penetration area size;
Align firestop module’s long-side direction with base material, construct neatly/stably inside;
Seal cable gaps and module-cable gaps with FS-I firestop sealant;
If required, affix identification label at prominent position near firestop for future maintenance identification.
Installation for Re-penetration:
Remove or cut the fireproof module at the modified part.
Install the penetration, rebuild the fireproof module, and seal with intumescent fireproof sealant for re-penetration.
For a single cable re-penetration, it can directly pass through the joint between the fireproof modules, or a hole with a slightly smaller diameter can be drilled in the fireproof module with a sharp metal pipe or hose before penetration, and sealed with FS-I fireproof sealant.
