FC-1 Inorganic Sealing Material (Fireproof Plaster)

FC-1 Fireproof Plaster is a kind of inorganic sealing materal that is mainly used for sealing large and medium-sized penetration holes. lt is mainly applied to the fireproof sealing of cable tray, cable trench and cable tunnel.

Key Features:

• Over 60 years lifetime;

• Non-corrosive, safe and environmentally friendly; 

• No halogen, sulfur or other toxic substances; 

• Fire Integrity(E) ≥ 3h; 

• Fire Insulation (⑴) ≥ 3h.


Installation Instructions:

• Clean the opening.

• Place 1kg of FC-1 dry powder into a container, then add 0.3kg to 0.5kg of water, and stir thoroughly and evenly until a mortar-like consistency is formed—no lumps or dry particles shall remain.

• Set up formwork and fill the plaster into the sealing area.

• Identification labels may be installed for identification during later.
