HYP-200 Large-Displacement Flexible Protective Cover
The HPY-200 Large-Displacement Flexible Protective Cover is a fire-resistant and radiation-resistant flexible sealing connection device, designed to protect penetration pipes passing through walls. Boasting excellent fire resistance, water tightness, air tightness, and displacement capacity, this device can meet the penetration requirements of various types of pipes.
The HPY-200 consists of four components: FF-T ceramic fiber blanket, SGC-2 silicone cloth, FS-E fireproof sealant, and FF-S fire-resistant blanket.

Installation Instructions:
• First layer: Install the silicone cloth. Cut the silicone cloth and bond it into a conical sleeve along the fan-shaped radial direction. Fix the end with the larger opening of the sleeve to the pre-reserved sleeve (or flange) on the surface of the penetration hole, and fix the end with the smaller opening to the mechanical pipe penetration. Use fireproof sealant for bonding at both ends.
• Second layer: Install the fire-resistant cloth in the same way as the silicone cloth.
• Third layer: Install the ceramic fiber blanket in the same way as the second layer, and fix the ceramic fiber blanket.
• Fourth layer: Install the second layer of ceramic fiber blanket in the same way as the third layer.
• Fifth layer: Install the fire-resistant cloth in the same way as the second layer.
• Outermost layer: Install the silicone cloth in the same way as the first layer, and fix both ends.
