The Taizhou ±800 kV UHV converter station is the world's first ultra-high voltage station with a deep integration of AC and DC systems, featuring a 10 million kilowatt-level hierarchical access to 1,000 kV and 500 kV AC power grids. It has established a direct connection with the 1,000 kV Taizhou UHV AC substation.
