The HPY-100 Fire Protection Device for Cables and Cable Trays is mainly designed to protect the cables inside the cable trays, ensuring their normal operation in the event of a sudden fire. The device is categorized into two types: fully enclosed fire protection devices and fire protection devices with ventilation modules. The type equipped with ventilation modules can guarantee the ventilation of cables inside the cable tray during normal service, and quickly close in case of fire to maintain the power supply of the internal cables.

Installation Instructions:
Clean the cable tray and concrete surface.
Measure the perimeter of the cable tray and add a certain margin.
Uniformly apply FS-E fireproof sealant to the surface of the cable tray, and bond the silicone cloth to the surface of the cable tray.
Uniformly apply FF-Z adhesive to the FF-T ceramic fiber blanket, and wrap the ceramic fiber blanket around the cable tray.
Bind the material with iron wire for 3-4 turns.
Repeat step No.4-5 until wrapping reaches the end of the cable tray, and cure for more than 24 hours.
Wrap the outermost layer with silicone cloth, and fix the joints with FS-E fireproof sealant.
