FP-T Fireproof Coating for Tunnel is a professional fireproof coating used for highway, railway, urban subway, and the tunnel across the road. The function is fire-protection on tunnel liner, and when the fire happened, it can make the concrete structure of tunnel not be damaged in the fire,thus, it can reduce the maintenance costs and the repair-time of construction. This coating will not obtain poisonous gas when it is burning, so it is convenient for the putout the fire and repairing in the tunnel. This coating can be used not only to paint by hands but also mechanized spraying.

Product advantages:
High-strength of bonding;
Good weather ability;
Gas non-toxic;
Excluding halogen, sulfur; No corrosion, environmental protection and safe;
High-efficiently antifoaming;
Convenient for install ation.
Installation Instructions:
Pre-construction preparation: Remove dust, oil stains and rust from the tunnel base; repair uneven areas to ensure flatness; first repair leaks and stop water in water-leaking areas.
Coating mixing: Mix coating and water at a weight ratio of 1:(0.9~1.1), put into a mortar mixer and stir for 15~20 minutes until thick paste; use within 40 minutes, adjust water amount according to equipment and weather.
Construction method: Ambient temperature ≥4℃, apply in layers with interval ≥24 hours between layers; optional spraying or brushing. First layer thickness: 3~8mm; after drying, subsequent layers also 3~8mm, repeat until reaching the designed fireproof thickness.
Post-treatment: Maintain after construction to prevent excessive water loss; regular maintenance period: 28 days.
Storage, transportation & notes: Avoid rain and sun exposure during transportation; store in a ventilated, dry place away from direct sunlight, stacking height ≤3m; shelf life: 12 months.
