Job Responsibilities:

1. Complete the recruitment of core talents (including campus recruitment) in accordance with the company’s business development needs.

2. Take charge of all training-related work of the company.

3. Be responsible for the establishment and implementation of corporate culture.

4. Manage the company’s salary incentive system and performance appraisal work.

5. Undertake other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Job Requirements:

1. Recognize the company’s corporate culture; age under 35.

2. Full-time bachelor’s degree; graduates from 985 / 211 universities are preferred.

3. At least three consecutive years of human resources working experience in the manufacturing industry.

4. Practical working experience in the operation and management of the three major quality management systems.

5. Familiar with national labor policies and personnel regulations.

6. Hold relevant professional human resource certificates.
