Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the establishment, operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company’s management system.

2. Organize internal system audits, follow up the rectification and closed-loop management of non-conformities, and propose and promote continuous improvement measures.

3. Organize the review and disposal of non-conforming products, and establish a management account for non-conforming items.

4. Liaise with third-party certification bodies and customers for relevant audits, ensuring smooth passage of all external audits.

5. Participate in the compilation and review of quality plans for nuclear power projects, supervise the implementation of quality plans at all project stages, track the execution of key quality nodes, and ensure the achievement of project quality objectives.

6. Be responsible for the application, document preparation and review coordination of relevant fire protection product certifications; maintain fire protection product qualification certifications, ensure the validity of certificates, and guarantee product compliance with relevant standards.

7. Organize industry-specific system training to enhance overall quality awareness and system execution across the company.

8. Undertake nuclear safety related system management tasks assigned by the leadership.

Job Requirements:

1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above; majors in metallic materials, polymer materials, quality management, mechanical manufacturing, nuclear engineering and related fields are preferred, with priority given to metallic materials and polymer materials.

2. At least three consecutive years of working experience in manufacturing system management; familiar with the full process of HAF003, ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other management systems.

3. Familiar with relevant industry regulations and system standards; candidates with internal auditor certificates or nuclear industry quality management certificates are preferred.

4. Clear logical thinking, rigorous and meticulous in work; strong communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities, good team spirit, high sense of principle and strong sense of responsibility.

5. Recognize the company’s corporate culture and management model, and possess good teamwork awareness.
