Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for formulating production plans and managing quality control in the Production Department.

2. In charge of 5S management in the production workshop.

3. Responsible for staff training, as well as the implementation and assessment of departmental rules and regulations.

4. Assist the department head with other daily administrative and operational tasks.

5. Complete other work assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements:

1. Recognize and align with the company’s corporate culture.

2. At least three consecutive years of production management experience in the manufacturing industry in the most recent role.

3. Full-time bachelor’s degree, majoring in chemical engineering, metallic materials or related disciplines.

4. Trained in and practically experienced with the ISO9001 quality management system.
