1. Conduct research and development of the company’s new products.

2. Optimize product formulas and processes, and implement cost reduction measures.

3. Compile technical literature and technical documents.

4. Carry out product testing and certification in accordance with customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

1. Identify with the company’s corporate culture; aged under 35.

2. Full-time regular bachelor’s degree; major in polymer materials, chemical engineering, or metallic materials.

3. At least three consecutive years of relevant working experience.

4. Available for short-term business trips for technical exchanges and experimental testing.
