Job Responsibilities:

1. Overall planning and process control of the R&D team work plan.

2. Participate in the research, development, optimization and cost reduction of formulations and processes for new company products.

3. Compile technical literatures and technical documents.

4. Organize and coordinate the application for relevant scientific and technological projects.

Job Requirements:

1. Recognize the company’s corporate culture; age under 35.

2. Full-time master’s degree in Polymer Materials, Chemical Engineering or related majors from a first-tier undergraduate university.

3. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree from Project 211 / 985 universities are preferred.

4. At least three consecutive years of R&D management experience, with experience leading an R&D team of no fewer than 5 members.

5. Proven experience in the R&D and engineering application of at least two types of products.

6. Available for short-term business trips for technical exchanges and experimental testing.
