The Shenzhen Pumped Storage Power Station is located between Yantian District and Longgang District in Shenzhen City. The underground power plant of the station is equipped with four 300,000-kilowatt single-stage vertical-axis reversible Francis turbine generators, with a total installed capacity of 1.2 million kilowatts. This power station is a key construction project in China's renewable energy development plan and serves as the receiving point for the West-to-East Power Transmission and the connection point between the Guangdong and Hong Kong power grids.
